Front to back duplex. Front half has 2 bedrooms. The back has one bedroom. 2 fireplaces are not functional. Do not attempt to use. Washer /dryers included in both units. Back unit has use of the double garage. Land lord keeps equipment and supplies in the small garage. It was originally rented fully furnished as an air b&b for traveling nurses for $3450 per month. It was last rented for 2700 through February. The home just got rented. No longer vacant. We need 24 hours notice tshow.
