Jeannette, a 4th generation Montanan, is a Managing Broker for Clearwater Montana Properties. She has a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Montana and has sold real estate in Western Montana for 20 years. She is a consistent top 5 producer for the company and her awards include: Top 5 Sales Award 2016-2024 Sports Afield Agent of the Year – 2018 Clearwater Way Award – 2016, 2020 Sports Afield Most Creative Agent Award 2018 Jeannette loves to coach, teach, and counsel her agents to become the best versions of themselves on all levels and prides herself on providing excellent customer service to everyone she works with in real estate. She thinks Montana is the most beautiful place in the world and in her free time she loves to kayak, hike, mountain bike, and read.

Kelsie brings a wealth of information about the area, land, and resources, sharing her family's values and beliefs of a strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity. Having 25 years of real estate experience provides you with a smooth transition into the "right fit" for your needs. Prior to joining Clearwater Properties of Idaho (CPI), Kelsie pursued her Real Estate career in Northern California in the heart of "wine country." She became very diverse in handling all types of real estate transactions, from first-time buyers to very sophisticated buyers and sellers to short sales and foreclosures. She is one of her company's "Top Producers" and has been presented with many awards. Kelsie is delighted to be back in the Northwest, and her goal is to serve the good folks in the area and their real estate needs. Kevin is the founding broker of Clearwater Properties and is a licensed broker in Montana, Wyoming, and Georgia. He has over 30 years’ experience specializing in recreational properties, focused on hunting, fishing, and equestrian properties, as well as rural homes and NNN lease investment properties. Kevin’s extensive experience has created a sphere of valuable client and professional contacts, local market knowledge, and negotiating skills along with a keen ability to leverage his market experience to offer valuable representation to his clients. He is a financial and volunteer supporter in the local communities that Clearwater Montana Properties serves. Kevin is a fifth-generation Montanan, and enjoys fly fishing, hiking, elk hunting, craft beer and anything outdoors.

Paula is a third-generation Montanan who grew up in the Flathead Valley, Glasgow, and Billings. She received her Master's in Accountancy and an undergraduate degree from the University of Montana. Shortly after graduating, she earned her CPA license. Paula spent the next eight years working in various roles in the finance and accounting department at the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, most recently as the assistant controller. She has a passion for the outdoors and wildlife conservation. Her favorite place to be in her free time is boating on Flathead Lake. Paula is committed to giving back to the Veteran community. She is currently on the board at the VFW Post 209 in Missoula and has served as the secretary and treasurer of the VFW Auxiliary Post 209 for many years. She also served on the board for Operation Valor and took combat veterans on guided elk hunts.

Shaun Michael Lewis is the CEO of Clearwater Properties. Born into a five-generation Montana family, Shaun combines deep local roots with extensive global business expertise, empowering Clearwater’s clients to achieve their dreams of land and home ownership in the majestic landscapes of the American West. Prior to his role as CEO of Clearwater Properties, Shaun served as the Global Chief Operating Officer of Cofix, a European retail coffee brand with over 450 stores across seven countries. From 2016 to 2019, he previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Clearwater Properties, where he led a comprehensive company rebranding and drove strategic technological initiatives, significantly contributing to operational growth and success. Shaun’s diverse professional background also includes distinguished service in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Engineer, with deployments to Japan and Thailand. Following his military career, Shaun held leadership positions with the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Shaun earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia College, a Master of Science from Chapman University, an MBA from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, and an Executive MBA/PLD from Harvard Business School. He is also a graduate of the High Impact Leadership Program at Columbia Business School. Licensed in Montana and Wyoming

Tatum is an accomplished administrative and client account management professional with over seven years of experience in project coordination, marketing campaign execution, and financial analysis. With a strong background in managing complex, high-value projects, she has worked across industries, driving efficiency and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and clients. Most recently, Tatum served as an Account Manager for top professional services organizations, overseeing multi-million-dollar marketing initiatives focused on business and technology transformation. She played a key role in project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. Known for her organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail, Tatum is adept at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strong client and team relationships. Outside of the office, Tatum is passionate about spending as much time in the Montana outdoors as possible, hiking and playing with her dog, Oliver. She is also an avid cook and baker, often overwhelming her family, friends and colleagues with sweet treats.
