7 acre parcel with improvements of three fish runs for fish propagation together with 2.73 CFS of water as per Idaho Dept of Water Resources. Parcel has been substantially cleared of trees along with a new water diversion canal has been constructed to protect fish runs from run off and to provide for a larger building envelope. Fill rock and dirt is onsite from the new diversion to be utilized as fill as wanted.
