So much new!!!! light bright and airy. No corner of this home has been untouched. Home recently repainted inside and out. Furnace and A/C unit only a couple years old, new flooring through out, new fixtures, home just re-leveled, new skirting the list goes on. Emerald view community is a beautiful well kept park with reasonable lot rent. Why rent when you can own?
