Born and raised in Western Montana, Jodi’s journey has taken her from the islands of Hawaii to the coasts of California and Virginia—but Montana has always been home. In 2024, she returned to her roots and now proudly lives in Laurel, embracing everything the Montana lifestyle offers. Whether she’s hiking mountain trails, fishing quiet waters, or paddleboarding under big sky sunsets, Jodi’s deep connection to the outdoors fuels her passion for helping others find their place here.

With over 20 years as an educator and a master’s degree, Jodi brings patience, clarity, and trusted guidance to every client experience. Having navigated multiple moves herself, she understands every step of the process—from preparing and listing a home to confidently closing. Ray's biggest accomplishments in his life include being married and jointly raising four outstanding young women. Honesty, integrity, and an unwavering work ethic are his greatest attributes; a handshake or a verbal promise from him is as good as any written contract. He fully embraces the outdoor recreation opportunities that Montana has to offer and takes advantage of them. His passions lie in activities such as elk hunting, hiking, camping, rafting, and fly fishing on public lands and rivers. Montana is and will forever be his home.

Sheridan is a proud Montana native who grew up just north of Yellowstone National Park, where the mountains were her playground and the outdoors shaped her way of life from an early age. Raised riding horses, exploring the land, and learning the value of hard work, she developed a deep appreciation for Montana living and the unique properties that make this state so special.

Coming from a family rooted in the construction industry—with her father working as a general contractor and her mother as a drywall taper—Sheridan was immersed in building and craftsmanship from a young age.

A lifelong lover of the Western lifestyle, Sheridan spent many years barrel racing, ranching, and big game hunting. While she doesn’t spend as much time barrel racing or ranching as she once did, she now dedicates her free time to the mountains—riding horses, hunting elk, and enjoying Montana’s wide-open spaces.

Sheridan attended Montana State University, where she earned a degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting, all while working full-time as a drywall taper. She met her husband in college and later followed him to Colstrip, Montana, where she has worked as a sourcing agent for Talen Energy and runs her small photography business. Today, they live in Colstrip with their three horses and two dogs, spending nearly every free weekend outdoors.

With a combined background in construction, finance, and rural living, Sheridan brings a well-rounded and practical approach to real estate. She understands what it takes to find the right home—whether it’s a thoughtfully located in-town residence or the perfect horse and hunting retreat. Most importantly, she is passionate about helping clients find not just a home, but a place that truly fits their lifestyle.
