Scott Kennedy, Supervising Broker, is a full-time REALTOR® with 37 years of broker experience, over 1,500 hours of continuing education in real estate, and approximately 3,000 transactions and/or listings throughout his career. Scott began his real estate career in Tennessee, where he was consistently a Top Ten Broker and the office Top Producer. He also served on the Tennessee Executive Board of Realty for five years.
Scott joined Clearwater Montana Properties in 1999 and has been Top Producer every year since. From 2008 through 2025, Scott has been consistently recognized as a #2 through #5 Top Producing Broker in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, North Dakota, and Washington across more than 32 offices. He is dedicated to excellence, knows the market, and is a skilled negotiator serving both buyers and sellers.
Scott has obtained the highest designations in real estate — Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) — credentials held by fewer than 1% of agents across these states. He also holds the Rural Recreational Specialist (RRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Resort Second Property Specialist (RSPS), and CTG designations. Additionally, Scott is one of only 32 brokers in Montana participating with Sports Afield Trophy Properties®, ranked #1 in the world.
In his early days, Scott worked with NASA's Shuttle Processing Team in design engineering. His studies included Florida State University and Florida Community College, and he graduated as an Emergency Medical Technician in 1980. Scott also graduated from the Tennessee State Fire Academy. He has 46 years of experience with volunteer fire and rescue departments, rising to the rank of Chief. Serving locally in Seeley Lake as a firefighter and volunteer Emergency Medical Technician, Scott served as Assistant Chief and then Deputy Chief over the course of 27 years of service. In conjunction with his service, he was elected by the community for several terms — approximately 18 years — serving predominantly as Chairman of the Seeley Lake Fire District Board.
Scott is philanthropy-driven, having donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to various charitable organizations over the years. He is a strong believer in community organizations and has served 15 years on the Seeley Lake Community Foundation board, among others. He has also been recognized as a Bronze Benefactor of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
