Alison Leake

Born in Washington and spending formative years in Virginia and Alaska, Alison is thrilled to now live and work year-round in the Seeley Swan. Before joining the Clearwater team, Alison had a wide variety of professional experience, including stints as a bookkeeper, copy editor, bartender, and 8+ years in technology development. Merging that experience with real estate expertise uniquely positions her to understand and deliver on client needs. Alison strives to guide clients through the buying or selling process as smoothly as possible, always prioritizing transparency and clear, timely communication. When Alison isn’t at the office, she’s usually in the backcountry – on foot, skis, sled, or raft – with her partner and their dog, Murphy.
