In addition to being a licensed Montana Real Estate Agent, Mary is a licensed Montana Property Manager and the owner of the first full-time property management business in Sanders County. Mary's background in real estate began in 2001 in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe, Nevada with the North Shore's largest real estate firm at that time, Tanager Realty. As the administrative assistant to over 30 agents, Mary gained a keen insight to the advantage a strong administrative department will bring to a real estate firm, which is why Mary is happy to be with Clearwater Montana Properties! In 2005, Mary moved back to her hometown of Plains, Montana and immediately began Ponderosa Property Management, currently managing over 50 rental units. In 2017, Mary joined Clearwater Montana Properties to further meet the needs of Real Estate clients in Northwest Montana. Growing up and living most of her life in Sanders County, specifically Plains, has provided Mary with a wealth of intriguing (or some might say droll) local insights. In her spare time, Mary enjoys gardening on her small slice of Montana paradise which includes a one acre pond loaded with bullfrogs and visited by a variety of ducks, geese, herons and assorted wildlife. Finding antique treasures, travelling and exploring historical sites with good friends and family are favorite pastimes as well.
