He has over 30 years’ experience specializing in recreational properties, focused on hunting, fishing, and equestrian properties, as well as rural homes and NNN lease investment properties. Kevin’s extensive experience has created a sphere of valuable client and professional contacts, local market knowledge, and negotiating skills along with a keen ability to leverage his market experience to offer valuable representation to his clients. He is a financial and volunteer supporter in the local communities that Clearwater Montana Properties serves. Kevin is a fifth-generation Montanan, and enjoys fly fishing, hiking, elk hunting, craft beer and anything outdoors.
