Born and raised in Ogden, Utah, Garrett learned the value of hard work at an early age. He earned both his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and his MBA from Weber State University, building a strong foundation in financial analysis, strategic planning, and investment evaluation.

Over the past 25 years, Garrett has invested in a diverse range of real estate, including single-family homes, self-storage facilities, and recreational properties. This hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of market dynamics, property valuation, and the importance of making informed real estate decisions.

In 2011, he discovered Cody, Wyoming, and immediately knew it was where he wanted to put down roots. The area's outdoor lifestyle, strong sense of community, and slower pace of life felt like home from the start. When Garrett's not working with clients, he can often be found in the mountains enjoying the solitude and challenge of big game hunting.
