Cale has worked across Montana as a full-time hunting and fishing guide for the past six years, exploring much of the state’s landscape. Working closely with clients has given him strong communication and people skills, ensuring he understands their needs every step of the way. Pairing this with hands-on knowledge of outdoor properties, he brings a unique perspective to Montana real estate.

Growing up in a small rural town in western Pennsylvania, Cale developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors through hunting, fishing, and other activities. After high school, he spent several years in the construction industry, working on high-end outdoor projects. Later, he successfully thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail with his father and two older brothers—a journey that ultimately led him west to Montana in search of a career in the outdoors.

With a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic, Cale has always been eager to take on new challenges. After years of living in White Sulphur Springs, he decided to put his passion for the land to work by joining Clearwater Properties as a real estate professional. He is excited to help others find their perfect piece of Montana—whether it’s a home, a hunting property, or a piece of untouched wilderness.
